Vasudha Living specialises in Holistic Health and Wellbeing – working closely with individuals to help them be the best they can be!

Charlotte offers Health Coaching, Yoga Classes and Bodywork and specialises in Pregnancy and Post-Natal Wellness.

Throughout, charlie has listened to my needs and has always managed to tune in perfectly to how I (and others in the class) are feeling. She is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and beyond, making helpful suggestions, listening and supporting us through pregnancy and the first months of motherhood; she’s also a really lovely person!
